GK Pay operates as a white-label payment platform in association with Datman.
When you make a payment through GK Pay, your personal data (including payment details, transaction data, and identity information where required) will be processed by Datman and its associated financial and payment partners.
Datman may act as a data processor on behalf of GK Pay and/or as an independent data controller where required for regulatory, compliance, fraud prevention, and payment processing purposes.
This includes processing for payment authorisation and settlement, fraud detection and prevention, identity verification (KYC/AML), and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Datman may retain and process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law. For more details, please refer to Datman’s Privacy Policy.
6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will use an appropriate transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, and apply additional protections where appropriate.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute-management purposes. Different retention periods apply depending on the type of data and the service used.
Transaction, complaint and compliance records may be retained for several years where required by law, regulation or legitimate business need.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, logging, encryption in transit where appropriate, vendor due diligence, staff confidentiality obligations, and monitoring intended to detect abuse or unauthorised access.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure in certain circumstances

If you are unhappy with how personal data has been handled, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, although we would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.
Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 30 March 2026
Last updated: 30 March 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GK Pay website, hosted at https://gk-pay.co.uk/, including our payment pages, checkout experience and related online services.
By using the website or making a payment through our payment page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or payment page.
1. About GK Pay
GK Pay is a branded payment experience and service layer. Some payment, processing, settlement, onboarding, compliance or merchant services may be delivered by third-party providers and infrastructure partners, including Datman and other regulated service providers where relevant.
Contact: payment@gk-pay.co.uk
Website: https://gk-pay.co.uk/
Registered office: 3 Grafton Ln, Newport NP19 0AT
Company number: TBC
2. Permitted use
You may use the website and payment page only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaches applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, accounts or networks
- Upload malicious code or interfere with platform integrity, security or availability
- Use the service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity
- Misrepresent your identity, payment authority or business status
3. Payments and checkout
When you make a payment through our payment page, you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
- you have reviewed the relevant merchant’s pricing, delivery, return and refund terms before confirming payment.
Submission of a payment instruction does not by itself guarantee acceptance or completion of a transaction. Transactions may be delayed, refused, reversed or screened for legal, security, fraud or technical reasons.
4. Merchant relationship
Unless we expressly state otherwise, the underlying contract for the supply of goods or services is between you and the merchant you are paying. GK Pay provides payment page functionality and related services; it is not usually the seller of the merchant’s goods or services.
The merchant remains responsible for product descriptions, fulfilment, delivery, statutory rights, cancellations, returns, refunds, warranties and customer service relating to what you purchased.
5. Pricing, errors and availability
We or the merchant may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, technical inaccuracies or incomplete information at any time. We may suspend or limit use of the site or payment page where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or operational reasons.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the merchant contract, the nature of the transaction and applicable law. For consumer distance contracts, additional cancellation and refund rights may apply under UK consumer law. For payment execution errors, unauthorised transactions or certain regulated scenarios, specific statutory protections may also apply.
Customers should first contact the merchant about cancellation, returns or refund queries unless the issue relates directly to payment processing.
7. Accounts and security
If you create an account or receive access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and for all activity carried out under your login, except to the extent caused by our breach or failure. Notify us promptly at payment@gk-pay.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, layout, logos, text, graphics and materials on the website are owned by or licensed to GK Pay or its licensors. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the site except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breaches of rights that must be preserved under consumer law.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of reputation or loss of opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or payment page.
Where we are liable, our aggregate liability in connection with the website or payment page will, unless a different limit is required by law or the regulated payment framework, be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction or £100, whichever is greater.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website or payment page where reasonably necessary, including for security, fraud prevention, misuse, legal risk, breach of these Terms, or operational maintenance.
11. Complaints
Complaints relating to website use or customer support can be sent to payment@gk-pay.co.uk. Complaints relating to regulated payment services may be subject to separate complaint-handling procedures, timelines and escalation rights under the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, meaning you may also be able to bring proceedings in another UK jurisdiction where the law permits.

Refund Policy
Effective date: 30 March 2026
Last updated: 30 March 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, cancellations and payment disputes are handled for payments made through GK Pay payment pages.
1. Merchant-led refunds
If you want a refund because you changed your mind, the goods were not as described, a service was not delivered, or you have another issue with your order, please contact the merchant first. The merchant is usually responsible for deciding refund eligibility for the underlying purchase, unless the issue concerns payment processing rather than fulfilment.
2. Consumer cancellation rights
Where you are a consumer and the purchase was made online or otherwise at a distance, UK consumer law may give you cancellation rights, subject to exceptions. Some goods and services are exempt or have modified rules, including certain personalised goods, perishable items, sealed goods opened after delivery, accommodation and transport bookings for specific dates, and some digital content once performance has begun with the required acknowledgements.
3. Refund timing
Where a refund is approved, the time it takes to appear on your original payment method can vary depending on the payment network, card issuer, bank and merchant acquirer. We or the merchant may confirm when a refund has been initiated, but clearing times are not entirely within our control.
4. Unauthorised or incorrect payments
If you believe a payment was unauthorised, processed incorrectly, duplicated, or affected by a technical error, contact us promptly at payment@gk-pay.co.uk and, where relevant, your card issuer or bank. Different rules may apply to unauthorised transactions, execution errors and chargebacks.
5. Chargebacks and scheme disputes
If you paid by card, you may also have rights through your card issuer’s chargeback procedures or other card-scheme processes. Chargeback rights are governed by card-network rules and the issuer’s processes, and are separate from statutory cancellation rights.
6. Fraud and abuse
We may withhold, delay or refuse a refund request where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering, sanctions risk, duplicate claims or legal restrictions, subject always to applicable law.
7. Contact
For refund or payment-processing issues, contact payment@gk-pay.co.uk.

Merchant Terms
Effective date: 30 March 2026
Last updated: 30 March 2026
These Merchant Terms apply to businesses using GK Pay as a branded or white-label payment experience, onboarding channel, payment page or service layer.
1. Services
GK Pay may provide merchants with access to branded checkout pages, payment acceptance tools, settlement-related information, onboarding workflows, reporting, support interfaces and related services. Some or all regulated payment functions may be performed by third-party providers, acquiring partners or infrastructure partners.
2. Merchant onboarding and due diligence
You must provide complete and accurate information during onboarding and throughout the relationship, including ownership, control, business model, website, fulfilment methods, bank account details and compliance information. We and our partners may request documents, perform checks and suspend activation until checks are complete.
3. Prohibited activity and compliance
You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, high-risk or prohibited activity, including fraud, sanctions evasion, restricted goods or services, deceptive marketing, infringing goods, money laundering, or any activity that breaches card-scheme rules, acquiring requirements or applicable law.
4. Fees, settlement and reserves
Fees, payout schedules, reserves, rolling reserves, holds, minimum balances, chargeback deductions and processing limits will be set out in your commercial schedule, application form or partner documentation. We may set or adjust controls where reasonably necessary to manage fraud, credit, legal or operational risk.
5. Chargebacks, refunds and disputes
You are responsible for customer service relating to your goods or services and for handling lawful refunds promptly. You are liable for chargebacks, scheme fines, excessive dispute ratios, fraud losses, penalties, refunds and associated costs arising from your business, except to the extent caused by our breach.
6. Website and checkout content
You must maintain a lawful website and customer journey, including accurate pricing, contact details, delivery times, refund information, privacy disclosures and any notices required by consumer law, scheme rules or regulated payment requirements. We may require changes before or after activation.
7. Data protection
Each party will comply with applicable data protection law in relation to personal data processed under the merchant relationship. Where the parties act as independent controllers, each party is responsible for its own compliance obligations. Where a processing relationship applies, additional data-processing terms may be required.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the service immediately where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, sanctions, scheme risk, legal or regulatory concerns, excessive chargebacks, inaccurate onboarding information, prohibited activity, non-payment of fees or material breach.
9. Liability and indemnity
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability under these draft Merchant Terms will be limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You will indemnify us and our partners against losses arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these terms, misleading sales practices, or breach of scheme, regulatory or consumer-law obligations.
10. Governing law
These draft Merchant Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless the final signed agreement states otherwise.
